1. I hate when people are cocky and arrogant about themselves at the same time. Why does this happen? I think it's because some people have never heard the word "no" and have always been told how great they are that they have no drive to respect other people.
2. I hate the UF WIFI on Sunday nights. Why is bad? Everyone's having fun over the weekend that we all procrastinate and eat all the bandwidth doing our homework.
3. When people think they know everything about a sport and try to correct you on everything. Why does this happen? Sports are a big deal to many of us and you can earn respect or impress people with their knowledge.
4. Bad drivers. Why are they around? Some people think they rule the road, are invincible, or they just aren't as skilled at driving as the average person.
5. People that talk about how much they party. Why does this happen? A lot of people don't have anything else to talk about and think they'll impress others with their party habits.
6. When people park a scooter in a regular car spot. Why does this happen? It might be a more convenient spot or the only spot they could find.
7. When people play their music out loud in public. Why does this happen? They may have forgotten their headphones, the headphones could have recently broke, or they could just want to let everyone know what they're listening to.
8. When any fast food place doesn't give you everything you order in the drive thru. Why does this happen? They could be in a hurry and forget, or they make some sort of other honest mistake and don't double check.
9. When babies scream the whole plane ride. Why does this happen? There's nothing that can stop this from happening but it's awful.
10. When I'm working at a desk and it's cluttered. Why does this happen? Sometimes I, or others, might get lazy and not put stuff away so the desk is full of stuff.
11. When teachers throw a surprise topic on an exam. Why does this happen? They just want to make sure you're doing more than just the bare minimum.
12. Losing in a heated game of FIFA or 2K. Why does this happen? I either messed up somewhere or the other person is just better than me.
13. When mechanics try to tell you something's wrong with car but it's really not. Why does this happen? They want to make some more money.
14. When the McDonald's ice cream machine isn't working. Why does this happen? Some catastrophic event comes thru that miraculously wipes out the machine and the employees don't know how to fix it even though it happens all the time.
15. When the radio plays the same songs all the time. Why does this happen? Everyone falls in love with a certain song so radio stations try to get their listener numbers up.
16. When people eat food in my car. Why does this happen? They probably eat in their cars so they don't think it's wrong.
17. The ads that come up on soundcloud. Why does this happen? It's free so they have to get revenue somehow.
18. When people go to the gym just to take selfies or talk. Why does this happen? Maybe they have low self esteem so they have to show off to feel good about themselves.
19. When people play basketball on court 1 at Southwest but they're really bad. Why does this happen? They probably don't know the difference between the courts or they think they're better than they actually are.
20. When my socks are wet. Why does this happen? A lot of different things could happen but it is not a fun experience.
This was a very difficult thing to come up with on my own. I had to ask people about what I complain about because I got stuck in the middle a little bit but then I got rolling again. I also try to stay positive about people and their intentions so I don't like thinking badly of people. I really had to get in a certain mindset so I could think of the "bugs."
Great minds really do think a like because you and I had the same bug on our list. Scooters in regular parking spots. Boy does that really anger me. Unlike you, I had no problem coming up with twenty bugs. I think I need to work on my anger management after this assignment. Check out my Bug List on my blog page. http://jackiepanetta.blogspot.com/2016/01/1.html

ReplyDeleteGood list Dylan! I honestly found some of the points very funny, such as the explanation for the ice cream machine. Being from spain, I fully understand the anger that can come from losing a game of FIFA! Additionally, I couldn't personally agree more with the points about wifi, bad drivers, and babies on plane rides. We seem to have similar things that bug us.
ReplyDeleteMy apologies! I forgot to add my link about my own bug list. You can check it out at http://www.finityphotos.com/blog/2016/1/17/bug-list
ReplyDeleteNice blog Dylan, keep up the good work!
